I’m Rachel.

My love for photography came naturally from my love and passion for documenting my own life well. I'm inspired by natural light, the vibrant colors of film, and small, candid moments that reflect back to us our love for the subjects of a photograph.

Among other things, I am a photographer, a writer, and a content creator. I strive to capture your family members, your homes, your seasons, not for Instagram squares or online profiles but to give you timeless and permanent evidence of the ebb and flow of your life and it's events. It brings me so much joy to deliver to you a gallery of memories that represent the honesty of you and your loved ones interactions. I'd love to photograph your "why", your "forever", your "us". 

I am a digital photographer who edits images to resemble the contrast and rich color of film. I will never mute the colors you wish you see in your landscape. I will always try to bring them to life so that they are being represented as dreamily as you remember them. That said, I love to give you some delicious, grainy, film-like, black and white copies of some of our best captures, too.

I am currently booking couples, families, newborns, and very select events. My passion and expertise have really expanded in recent years for all things maternity, motherhood, and raising babies. It’s funny how art reflects life like that, huh?
